Incorrect or Wrong Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item that does not match the website description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep the product in its original packaging and do not unwrap or use it. We will arrange a courier collection at no cost to you.
Once confirmed, we will either:

Send the correct item (if available), or
-
Refund you using your original payment method.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.
To help us assess the damage, please send:

A photo of the outer packaging
-
A photo of the inside packaging and contents
-
A photo of the damaged item
If needed, we will arrange a free courier collection.
Once the return has been approved, you can choose between:

A replacement item (if available), or
-
A refund to your original payment method.
Refund Deduction Policy
A 12% handling fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. This applies to all products and workshop bookings purchased through the website.
By placing an order, you agree to this refund policy.

How to Return an Item
You can return your item in one of the following ways:

Drop it off at our collection point in Fish Hoek, Cape Town.

Arrange a courier collection from your address at your cost.
Packaging Your Return
Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging with enough protective material to prevent damage during transport.
Items returned without proper packaging may be charged a 10% repackaging fee.
If an item is damaged due to poor packaging during return shipping, the refund may not be approved.
Refund Processing
Returns Within 30 Days
You may choose either:

An exchange, or

A refund
Refunds are usually processed within 8–10 business days after the return is received. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
If you request a different refund method (for example, EFT instead of the original payment method), an additional 10% fee may apply.
Damaged Products
Refunds for damaged items are usually processed within 8–10 business days after the return is received.
Replacement items may take longer depending on stock availability.

We guarantee that all products are new and of good quality unless stated otherwise.
