Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within South Africa only.

  • Depending on your selection, you can collect your order from us at either of two locations, or make use of PUDO or The Courier Guy. If selecting PUDO, please let us know via email of your closest locker location which you can find here.

  • Your order will leave Curious Candle Co within 24 hours of order manufacture, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. We will keep you abreast of the progress.

  • Transit times:

    • To Cape Town: 1 – 2 Working Days

    • To Main Centres: 2 – 3 Working Days

    • To Regional Areas: 2 – 5 Working Days

    • To Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days

    • Note: These delivery times are estimations.

  • Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 to 17:00.

  • Once your order is confirmed we will email you a confirmation and an optional tracking link.

  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We deliver for free throughout South Africa on all orders over R1,000.
